Terms & Conditions

All rates are per villa, per night on a bed and breakfast basis and based on two people sharing a bedroom.
Minimum 2 nights stay applies to Exclusive Use Hire.
Rates are inclusive of 11% tax and 10% service charge.

The Government of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines has introduced a new tax for visitors whereby visitors pay $3 USD (based on two persons sharing) to help restore the islands after natural disasters. This will be taken at the hotel and paid on the visitor’s behalf.

Deposit and Cancellation policy: One night's deposit is required at the time of booking with full pre payment required 30 days prior to arrival. Different cancellation policy may apply to bookings for over 14 room nights. If reservation is cancelled within 30 days of the arrival date, full room costs are charged, unless rooms are re-sold. If cancelled before 30 days of arrival date a refund will be given on any deposit taken.

Children up to the age of five years in foldaway beds are complimentary, however any meals taken will be charged pro-rata. Extra beds for children between 5 – 18 years of age are $50 per night. Extra beds for adults are $100 per night.
