The aim of “Fish Fryday” is exactly what it says; an A la carte menu which is based around fish. The Caribbean has plenty fish - we all know about Red Snapper, Mahi, Barracuda, Lobster and Marlin but there are others that are not that common. Fish such as Lion fish (which is invasive but tasty), Butter Fish, Red Hind (part of the Grouper Family), Wahoo, King fish plus many more. Our goal is to introduce you to different fish cooked different ways.
