All rates are per Villa, per night on a bed and breakfast basis and based on 2 people sharing a bedroom unless stated otherwise.
Gingerlily rates are per week.
Deposit: 20% deposit of entire stay is required on all bookings.
Cancellation policy: 60 days. Different Cancellation policy may apply to bookings for over 14 room nights.
If cancelled within 60 days of the arrival date, full room costs are charged, unless rooms are re-sold.
If cancelled before 60 days of arrival date a refund will be given on any deposit taken.
Children up to the age of 5 years in foldaway beds are complimentary, however any meals taken will be charged pro-rata.
Extra beds for children over 5 years of age are $50 per night, adults are $100 per night.
