Starting the 15th December we are going to launch “Fish Frydays”

The aim of “Fish Fryday” is exactly what it says, having an A la carte menu which is based around fish; the Caribbean has plenty fish and some items that don’t come to mind that easily.

We all know about Red Snapper, Mahi, Barracuda, Lobster and Marlin but others that are not that common. Fish such as Lion fish (which is invasive but tasty), Butter Fish, Red Hind (part of the Grouper Family), Wahoo, King fish plus many more. Our goal is to introduce you to different fish cooked different ways.

The end of season party as we say goodbye to 2023 and all that happened while we prepare for the new adventure of 2024.

The Liming we are about relaxing as much as we like to enjoy! So this year we want to celebrate it in a relaxed environment where you are not required to overdress, nor do we demand suit and tie. The theme is based on enjoying where you are in that moment.

You are in paradise, surrounded by the Caribbean sea, green hills and a mix of Volcanic and golden sand, so in all reality it calls for a Family style BBQ.

Arrive and enjoy a rum punch, mingle around our firepit and chat with chefs as we begin cooking, then head to your table to choose from a selection of starters, then tuck into a Family style main course with Lobster, Chicken, Fish with a selection of sides. Then finish off with our selection of desserts. If you are here at Midnight enjoy the Bonfire with a Glass of bubbles and some bites.
